Usage Recommendations

• Cold Therapy: Use at least 4 times a day for approximately 30 minutes per session.
• Optimal Temperature Range: 40°F-60°F for best results.

Cleaning Instructions

• Heat Exchanger: Remove carefully from the sleeve and hand wash with warm water and mild detergent.
• Sleeve: Turn inside out and hand or machine wash in cold water with mild detergent.
• Drying: Hang dry both items; do not place in a dryer.
