Skil-Care Finger Separator Mitts are designed with individual channels that keep fingers separated and assist in the control of hand contracture. It is used for a comfortable hand restraint that keeps patients from pulling out feeding or naso-gastric tubes.
Indications – The Skil-Care Finger Separator Padded Mitts are recommended for use with a patient who:
- Removes bandages and dressings
- Picks and scratches at wounds
- Grasps and pulls out feeding and naso-gastric tubes
- Turn his/er hand over inside standard padded mitts
