Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a metabolite of indole-3-carbinol, a nutrient found in cruciferous vegetables. Studies have shown that DIM promotes healthy estrogen metabolism in both men and women by positively shifting the metabolism of estrogen toward protective 2-hydroxyestrogen metabolites instead of the 16-hydroxyestrone. BioDIM is a patented, bioavailability-enhanced form of DIM that provides substantially greater absorption than ordinary DIM.

Suggested Use:

1 capsule, 1 to 2 times daily with food or as directed by a healthcare professional.
