Austin Air HealthMate Plus Replacement Filter FR450B, White

Description

Replacement Filter for the Austin Air HealthMate Plus with Pre-Filter

The Austin Air HealthMate Plus is engineered to remove a wide range of gases, chemicals, VOCs, and formaldehyde. This broad-spectrum adsorption makes it the best choice for people exposed to wildfire smoke or living near high-traffic areas with heavy pollution.

All standard-size Austin Air units are interchangeable with standard-size filters. If you currently own a HealthMate and want to upgrade to the HealthMate Plus, simply purchase this replacement filter.

⚠ Before ordering, confirm the correct size and type to avoid restocking fees on incorrect returns. Check the label on the underside of your unit—Model HM400 indicates a standard-size filter.

4-Stage Filtration Process:

✅ Stage 1 – Large Particle Pre-Filter – Captures visible particles such as dust, hair, and pet dander.
✅ Stage 2 – Medium Particle Pre-Filter – Traps smaller airborne particles like mold spores and pollen (color may vary: gray, blue, or green).
✅ Stage 3 – Activated Carbon & Zeolite Blend – 780 cubic inches of carbon, impregnated with potassium iodide, targets VOCs, formaldehyde, benzene, chemicals, and odors.
✅ Stage 4 – Medical-Grade HEPA – 60 sq. ft. of True HEPA captures 99.97% of particles 0.3 microns and larger and 99% of particles 0.1 microns and larger, including allergens, bacteria, and viruses.
