Red Yeast Rice (Monascus purpureus) has been used for centuries in the Chinese diet as a staple food and for its health benefits.*
Directions: As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) capsule with any meal, twice daily or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24 hour period. Individual results may vary.
